12 Questions to ask your Realtor
1) May I see your personal website (not a web page)?
2) What systems or software do you have in place to keep me informed during the entire "listing" and "sale" period?
3) Are you automated with your own personal computer, fax machine, voice mail, email etc?
4) How quickly will you respond to my phone calls and email? Is there someone actually covering these if you are gone?
5) I want an advantage over other listings. What will you do to make my listing stand out over all the other listings out there?
6) How many Internet-related sites on the Internet will my house be placed on or be seen on?
7) Will I get "feedback" from agents who show my property?
8) How will I know when my property is advertised?
9) Can you give me a list of your clients that I may call as a reference?
10) Why are you motivated to sell my property? Can I cancel the listing if I am not happy?
11) Why should I list with you and not someone else?
12) What special features and benefits do you see in my house that you will market to buyers and other agents?
