Once you fall in love with a house, we will get together to prepare an offer based on the price and terms you desire. We will discuss your goals and I can answer any questions you may have and offer guidance.
The sellers will receive your offer and either accept or send us back a counteroffer.
It would be helpful at this point to understand the language that will be used in these contracts. Take a look at this Home Buyer Vocabulary sheet. You may feel more comfortable if you understand the jargon of the real estate business when we begin talking about “earnest money” and “contingencies.”
