Finalizing Details

During this time we will work on clearing the contingencies that are written in the purchase agreement.  The inspections will be performed, any issues will be addressed, the appraisal is ordered, lender terms are finalized and followed up on, and a title search is performed.  Having a good agent, or even better a real estate team, representing you and making sure all of these items get completed to keep things on schedule.
