• This is the time to get your house decluttered and give it a thorough deep cleaning.

• There is some preliminary paperwork and listing documents we need to fill out and information you'll need to gather such as disclosures, utilities, and past inspections. When we have everything completed ahead of time, we can share it with any interested buyers before they find another home or lose interest.
